This is the RS-485 communication 4P cable set for Dynamixel X-series.
New style JST connector is applied on one side of the cable while old style Molex connector is applied on the other side.
This cable is used when connecting Dynamixel X-series to other controllers with Molex connectors or USB2Dynamixel.
